Refund & Cancellation Policy

STRIDE operates a multi-faceted sports ecosystem. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund and cancellation procedures are strictly categorized by the type of transaction. By purchasing a subscription, buying an event ticket, or ordering physical merchandise through our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital SaaS Subscriptions (STRIDE Premium)

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your auto-renewing STRIDE Premium subscription at any time through your in-app profile settings.
  • Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until that cycle concludes.
  • Refunds: We operate on a strict no-refund policy for partially used billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Disputes: If you believe an unauthorized subscription charge has occurred, please contact our support team immediately. We will cross-reference login telemetry to resolve the issue.

2. Event Ticketing & Registrations

  • Platform Role: For sporting events, tournaments, and races hosted on our platform, STRIDE acts strictly as a software intermediary providing ticketing infrastructure.
  • Liability: The specific Event Organizer or Federation holds primary liability for the delivery, quality, and execution of the event.
  • Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the Event Organizer, the organizer is contractually obligated to authorize full refunds to all registered attendees.
  • User Refund Requests: If you wish to request a refund for a ticket you purchased, your request is subject to the specific refund policy set by the Event Organizer. STRIDE will mediate these requests but does not absorb the financial liability for third-party event disputes.

3. Physical Merchandise (VELDTSTRIDE Apparel & Gear)

  • Returns Window: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged physical goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Inspection & Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved returns will be refunded directly to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
